(Per Press Association.) Brisbane, This Day. There are no signs of fche drought; in fche West breaking up. The sfcock routes in the worst conditions ever known, not a blade of grass. In many parts ifc will be impossible to run the mail for a few weeks, and the teams will have to ceise travelling. The drought bas lasted almost continually for the past 4 years and has played great havoc.
