Pans Exhibition.

(Per Press Association.l Bkisban'e. Nov 10. The Chief Secretary is in receipt of a despatch from the Secretary for the Colonies, communicating the invitation of the French Government; 10 Great Britain and the Dolonies to take part 10 the Universal International Exhibition in Paris in 1900. Government is now communicating with the othor Colonies with a view of ascertaining th-ir opinion. The proposal is favorably regarded here.
