Nominations for all Handicaps, including jumping eyents, must be sent to the Secretary on or before WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 9th, not later than 8.30 £.m. Competitors are requested to for» ward Postal Notes, and not stamps. Two shillings on each Handicap Event to be paid on nomination, accompanied by a statement of Public Performances for the last two years (matches included), with dates and localities ot such performances, and each competitor .•ending in nominations must state his handicaps and his position at the finish of each race, otherwise he will render himself liable to disqualification. The remainder of Entrance Fee on Acceptance, which can be made on the ground. Other events Post Entries. < olors must be named on Nomination. All Amateur Eyents will be run under the 'New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association Rules.' The Bicycle Races will be run under the rules of the New Zealand Cyclists Union, and nominations must be sent in upon the printed official forms of the _sr.z.c.u. The particular attention of competitors SB drawn to Rule 25, which reads— * Every competitor must wear complete clothing from the shoulders to the knees ; that is jersey (sleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunks. Neglect of this rule renders the competitor liable to be excluded from taking part in the Sports.' Any Competitor found guilty of sending in false performances, running under an assumed name or practising any fraud, •hall be disqualified for life. The Com*' mittee reserve the right to require any competitor, either before or after any event, to make a declaration as to his identity, and the correctness of hiade* ■enption of his performances. The Committee may disqualify any competitor before or after any event who shall refuse to make the required declaration, and he •hall not be entitled to claim any prize. There must be two competitors in each •vent or no first prize, three or no •econd, four or no third. Entries will be received and sporte conducted under the printed rules of tbe Feilding Athletic Club, obtainable from tiie Secretary, pnce Is.
