Nominations for all Handicaps, including jumping events, must be 'Bent to the Secretary on or before WEDNESDAY, DECEMBSB 9th, not later than 8.30 p.m. Competitors are requested to fort ward Postal Notes, and not stamps, Two shillings on each Handicap Event to be paid on nomination, accompanied by a statement of Publ'c Performances for the last two years (matches included), with dates and localities ot ■uch performances, and each competitor •ending in nominations muet state his handicaps and his position at the finish of each race, otherwise he will render himself liable to disqualification. The remainder of Entrance Fee on acceptance, which can be made on the ground. Other events Post Entries. < olcrs must be named on Nomination. The Committee reserve the right to run any race under 300 yards in heats. Amateurs must belong to a Club affilio ated with the SZAAA, and must produce ticket of membership from their Club Secretary. All Amateur Eyents will be ran under the 'New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association Rules.' The Bicycle Races will be run under tbe roles of the New Zealand Cyclists Union, and nominations mast be Bent in upon tbe printed official forms of tbe N.ZC.U. The particular attention of competitors U drawn to Bule 25, which reads— * Every competitor must wear complete clothing from the shoulders to the knees ; that is jersey (sleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunks . & eglect of thi s rule renders the competitor liable to be excluded from taking part in the Sports.' Any Competitor found guilty of sending in false performances, running under an Miumed name or practising any fraud, shall be disqualified for life. The Com* mitlee reserve the right to require any competitor, either before or after any event, to make a declaration as to his identity, and the correctness of hid de* ■enption of his performances. The Committee may disqualify any competitor before or after any event who shall refuse to make the required declaration, and he •hall not be entitled to claim any prize. There must be two competitors in each event or no first prize, three or no second, four or no third, Entries will be received and sporte conducted under the printed rules of the Feilding Athletic Club, obtainable from the Secretary, price Is, Admission to Grounds — Adults, Is ; Children between 8 and 12 years, Halt Mnce ; under 8 years, Free. Full Band in attendance, and a spacious danoing platform provided on the lawn. Trains will atop at the ground. No intoxicating drinks allowed on the ground.
