Wairarapa Show.

| Par Press Association, i Welunoton, Nov. 5. The Wairarapa and East Coast Agricultural and Pastoral Show which opened to-day at Carterton is the best yet held in the Wairarapa. The entries are 308 in excess of last year's and constitute a record for the district. Cattle— Hereford cow, Williams and tfeetharn ; purebred Ayrshire heifer, S. V. Bnrridge, (Petone), pure-bred Ayrshire bull, S. V. Burridge ; Jersey bull, J. Terry ; Jersey heifer, H. W. Clay. Thoroughbred horses Egahte with Forrester second and Administrator third. Honors in Southdown sheep are divided between Messrs Williams and fieetham and Mr W. C Buchanan. In Shropsbires Messrs Williams and Beetham carry all before them.
