(Per Press Association.) Wellington, November 4. Mr H. D. Bell, in announcing hia candidature for the Mayorality, states he will not be a candidate for Parliament. Mr E. A. Haggen has withdrawn from Wellington Suburbs. Woodville, Nov. 4. The Liberal delegates have chosen Mr O'Meara to represent the Pahiatua electorate. The voting was O'Meara, 28; MeCardie 15 ; Dawson 2. Marton, November 4. Mr Kellow, a candidate for tbe Manawatu seat, against Mr Bruce and Mr J. Stevens, addressed a large meeting of electors at Marton last Tnesday evening. He announced himself as an op ponent of the present Government, and received a vote of thanks for his address. ____^_______
