— ' — O (Per Press Association.) Melbocbne, October 31. The Judge has finished bis Bnmming np in the City of Melbourne Bank case. He said he did not like to speak ill of a dead man, bat Longman had certainly behaved most unfaithfully to the Direc« tors. It was, he said, hard that they should be caned upon to account fer matters which he had concealed from them. The Jury are considering their verdict. _ ___^_
