Successful Medical Experiment.
Per Press Association. Sydney, October 29. Three patients are being treated at Albury under tbe Rontgen X Rays for cancer. In one case that of cancer in the throat, there has been a marvellous improvement. The man went to Albury a fortnight ago prostrated, and was unable to partake of any solid food. Two applications of the rays were made daily and then the patient wbb able to take food and walk tp and f rom the operating room. In one of the other cases there is also a marked improvement.
Iv connection with the above message, we may state it as a known fact that the Rontgen rays themselves are an actual healing medium. A case is recorded in the British Medical Journal where a man who was suffering from cancer in the stomach submitted himself to the Rontgen rays daily. After some time tbe tumour bad decreased to half its former size, and the improvement was fonnd to be assignable to the rays.— Times.
