This morning Bosella accomplished the best two mile gallop seen on the training track for years, covering the distance in 3min 40see. Later. Gozo, Czar, Warsaw, St. David, Outrigger, Lord Richmond, and Newman have been scratched for the Melbourne Cup. Resolute has been backed for the Derby for eeveral thoasands and is now at 6 to 1. Coil ia in good demand at the same price. Charge and Babretacbe are at 12 to 1, but there is no alteration in quotations of the others. Skipper is still favorite for the Melbourne Cup at 100 to 8.
