o TIfBOM OUE OWN COEBESPONDKNT J The first annual meeting of shareholders in the Apiti Dairy Company was held in Mr Guy's Hall on Friday evening las,t. Mr Edward Nix, the chairman of directors, presided. The balance sheet and report as already published was jread and adopted. The retiring directors, Messrs Edward Nix and W. Vieary, were unanimously re-elected on the motion of Mr Gay and seconded by Mr Eager. The re turning auditors, Messrs McGuire and E. Gascoigne were, also, re-appointed. Votes of thanks were accorded to the directors, auditors and the manager (Mr Browlie).* _________
