The Venezuelan Dispute.
' O ■ (Per Press Association). London, October 19. The New York correspondent of the London Times saya that negotiations in connection with the Venezuelan dispute have not advanced towards settlement during the last three months. He expects that the interviews between Mr Olney and Mr Chamberlain minimised and settled the district difficulty.
