The Czar's Visit to France.
(Per Press Association.) Paris, Oct. 7. Remarkable precautions were taken for the safety of the Czar and party. At the Opera House last night the President personally invited the audience, and the directors would not admit any one without the Prefect's (gS - The masses believe the visit secures revenge on Germany for the evacuation of Egypt. The Czar inspected the Notre Dame and the public buildings. October 8. The Czar visited the Academy, the) Mint, the Palace oi Justice, and the Pantheon. He deposited a wreath on Carnot's tomb. At the Invalides he laid the foundation stone of a bnilding in connection with the coming International Exhibition. He received an address at the Hotel De Ville, and at* tended the Comedie Francais in the evening. The Czar expressed deep emotion at the warmth of the nations welcome. The young monarch is greatly fatigued by bis exertions in undergoing so many functions.
