Nominations for all Handicaps, includ« ing j umping eyents, must be sent to the Secretary on or before WKDNHSDAY, DECEMBER 9tb, not later than 8.30 p.m. Competitors are requested to forward Postal Notes, and not stamps. Two shillings on each Handicap Event to be paid on nomination, accompanied by a statement of Pubic Performances for the last two years (matches included), with dates and localities of such performances, and each competito: sending in nominations must state hit handicaps and his position af the finish of each race, otherwise he will reader himself liable to disqualification. Amateurs must belong to a Club affiliated with the JN Z A A A, and must produce ticket of membership 'from their Club Secretary. All Amateur Eyents will be run under the ' New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association Boles.' The Bicjcle Eaces will be run under the rules of the New Zealand Cvclists Union, and nominations must be sent in upon the printed official forms of the N.Z.C.U. The particular attention of competitors is drawn to Bule 25, which reads — * Every competitor must wear complete clothing from the shoulders to the kaees ; that is jersey (sleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunks Neglect of this rule renders the competitor liable to be excluded from taking part in the Sports.' Any Competitor found guilty of sending in false performances, running under an assumed name or practising any fraud, shall be disqualified for life. The Com* mittee reserve the right to require any competitor, either before or after any event, to make a declaration as to his identity, and the correctness of his de» aenption of bis performances. The Com* mittee may disqualify any competitor before or after any event who shall refuse to make the required declaration, and he shall not be entitled to claim any prize.
