All Amateur Eyents will be run under the * N*w Zealand Amateur Athletic Association Bules.' The Dicjcle Races will be run under the rules of the New Zealand Cyclists Union, and nominations must be sent in upon the printed official forms of the N.ZC.U. The particular attention of competitors » drawn to Rule 25, which reads— * Every competitor must wear complete clothing from the shoulders to the knees ; that is jersey (sleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunks Neglect of this rule renders the competitor liable to be excluded from taking part in tbe Sports.' Any Competitor found guilty of sending in false performances, running under an assumed name or practising any fraud, shall be disqualified for life. Tbe Corns mittee reserve the right to require any competitor, either before or after an} event, to make a declaration as to his identity, and the correctness of his description of his performances. The Committee may disqualify any competitor before or after any event who shall refuse to make the required declaration, and he aha.ll not be entitled to claim any prize. There must be two competitors in each event or no first prize, three or no second, four or no third. Entries will be received and sporte conducted under the printed rules of the Feilding Athletic Club, obtainable from the Secretary, price Is.
