A Model Bank Director.
(Per Press Association.! Melbourne, This Day. During the hearing of the City of Melbourne Bank cases one witness stated he was auditor of the Standard Quarrying Company which was really the Bank's. He was also a shareholder and director of the General Assets Company. In his former capacity he never saw a balancesheet ; in the latter he never contributed anything to the capital or paid calls.
