Nominations for all Handicaps, including jumping events, must be sent to the Secretary on or before WKDNh-SDAY, DECEMBER 9th, not later than 8.30 p.m. Competitors are requested to forward Postal IN otes, and not stamps. Two shillings on each Uanaicac Eyent to be paid on nomination, accompanied by a statement of Public Performances for the last two years (matches included), with dates and locatitie-i of such performances, and each com pen to Bending in nominations must state his? handicaps and his position at the n'nisn of each race, otherwise he will rendei himself liable to disqualification. Amateurs must belong to a Club affili* ated with the iN Z A A A, and must produce ticket of membership from tkeir Club Secretary, All Amateur Eyents will be run under the 'New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association Eules.' The Bicycle Races will be run under the rules of the New Zealand Cyclists Union, and nominations must be sent in npon tbe printed official forms of the N.ZC.U. The particular attention of competitors is drawn to Bale 25, which reads— ' Every competitor must wear complete clothing from the shoulders to the kaeea ; that is jersey (sleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunks. Neglect of this rule renders the competitor liable to be excluded from taking part in the Sports.' Any Competitor fonDd guilty of sending in false performances, running under an assumed name or practising any fraud, shall be disqualified for life. The Com* mittee reserve the right to require any competitor, either before or after an> event, to make a declaration as to his identity, and the correctness of his description of his performances. The Com* mittee may disqualify any competitor before or after any event who shall refuse to make the required declaration, and he shall not be entitled to claim any prize. There must be two competitors in each event or no first prize, three or no second, four or no third. Entries will be received and sporte conducted under the printed rules of the Feilding Athletic Club, obtainable from tbe Secretary, price Is.
