(Per Press Association.) Constantinople, Oct. 1. ! Many Softas have been deported to Anatolia in connection with the dissemination of treasonable placards. A large number of Armenians, suspected of assisting in the assault on the Turkish soldiers prior to the recent massacre, have been sentenced to death, .while Moslems, convicted of murdering Armenians, only got 15 years' imprisonment. The various Embassies rebnt the Porte's excuse for excesses practised, and warn him that the impunity indulged in by tbe organisers of the atrocities is causing public security to disappear. mmmmmmm
