Nominations for all Handicaps, including jumping eyents, must be Bent; to the Secretary on or before WKDNKBDAY, DECEMBER 9th, not later than 8.30 p.m. Competitors are requested to forward Postal IV otes, and not stamps, Two shillings on each Handicap Event to be paid on nomination, accompanied by c. statement of Publ c Performances for the last two years (matches included), with dates and localities of such performances, and each cooipetito, sending in nominations must state bit handicaps and his position at the finisi* of each race, otherwise he will render himself liable to disqualification. Colors must be named on The Committee reserve the rght to run any race un er 300 yards in heats. Amateurs must belong to a Club Rffili^ ated with the _N Z A A A, and rauat produce ticket of membership from their Club Secretary. All Amateur Eyents will be run under the ' New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association Rules.' The Bicycle Races will be run under the rules of the New Zealand Cyclists Union, and nominations must be sent in upon the printed official forms of the K.ZC.U. The particular attention of competitors U drawn to Sule 25, which reads— * Every competitor must wear complete clothing from the shoulders to the knees ; that is jersey (sleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunks Iseglect: of this rule renders the competitor liable to be excluded from taking part in the Sports.' Any Competitor found guilty of sending in false performances, running under an assumed name or practising any fraud, shall be disqualified for life. The Com« mitlee reserve the right to require any competitor, either before or after an> ©vent, to make a declaration as to his identity, and the correctness of his description of his performances. The Committee may disqualify any competitor before or after any event who shall refuse to make the required declaration, and he •hall not be entitled to claim any prize. There must be two competitors in each event or no first prize, three or no second, four or no third. Entries will be received and sporte conducted under the printed rules of the Feilding Athletic Club, obtainable from the Secretary, price Is. Admission to Grounds — Adults, Is ; Children between 6 and 12 years, Halt Price ; under 8 years, Free. Full Band in attendance, and a spacious dancing platform provided on the lawn.
