The Soudan Campaign.
(Per Press Association.) Cairo, Sept. 27. The steamers of thp Egyptian Expedition have got sooth of Korti, some distaDce above Dongola. The Egyptians believe the Khedive is travelling incognito in Europe, carrying with him a draft of the scheme for the independence of Egypt;, It is also reported he had a secret interview with the French Foreign Minister. The Times states that such an intrigue would humiliate and probably endanger the Khedive. Caieo, Sept 21. The Cavalry and the Garrison at Rebbaa, Merawai anfl Khandak as well S8 the South Staffordshire regiment are returning here, thus indicating it is not the intention of the expeditionary force to advance on Kharl;onm.
