Wanganui Supreme Court.
(Pet Press Association) Wanganui, Sept. 25. At the Supreme Court Arthur f ucksy pleaded not gnilty to a charge oC theft of oats. Mr L. Cohen, of Marton, defended Ibe accused. The jury returned a ver* diet ot not guilty. In the charge against Watson of abducting one Mary Anne Louisa Robinson from the control of her parents at Makino and with the intent of carnal knowledge, tbe jury returned a verdict of guilty. Prisoner will be sentenced in tbe morning.
