The Dynamite Gang.
ATTEMPT TO PREVENT TYNAN'S EXTRADITION. {Per Press Association. | Paris, September 22. Tynan has appealed to J. B. Eustis, the American Ambassador, to prevent his extradition, and declares that if successful he will receive the thanks of millions of Irishmen. Eustis has notified the Government that Tynan is an American subject. The majority of French newspapers regard it as impossible that the man can be extradited.
