A Valuable Discovery.
(Per Press Association.) Adelaide, This Day. The explorer Mason, who reeentlv conducted a party from Western Aus* tralia to Eucla, reports during the journey he discovered between thirty and forty million acros of good pastoral and agricultural land hitherto considered worthless. The new country is clothed in four or five diffierent kinds of grass with other herbage and flowers. There is an endlesH variety of soil and chocolate colored, which would, he believed, grow almost anything. The country is of a light undulating character and a fair rainfall was observable.
