Sensational Will Case.

(Per Press Association.) Melbourne. This Day. A disputed will case which was before the court had a somewhat sensational end. The will was alleged to be a forgery. Counsel for tbe curatrix sprung a surprise on the propoundcrs of the will. A witness named Cameron was busily denying a statement that he was approached by various persons with instructions to forge the will when counsel produced the actual person v?hp drew up tho document. Cameron theo confessed the will was a forgery, aud I was committed for trial on a charge of perjury and, with auofcher witness, was further committed on a charge of conspiracy to utter a forged will.
