(Per Press Association.) London, Sept. 17. Messrs J. H. Wilsou, Secretary of the National Amalgamated Sailors' Union and Tom Mann who have bceu carrying on a vigorous propoganda in the ports of Western Europe, with a view to a general strike when a million men were enrolled, have been expelled from Bremen.
