Russia and Germany.
(Per Press Association.) Berlin, Sept. 17. Speaking at Breslau the Emperor urged the co-operation of the Powers to crush the rebellion spirit of the age. To this it is stated the Czar replied he was prepared to enter upon a work worthy of both Russia and Germany. Another version says " the Czar vaguely indicated the pacific intentions of Russia." St. Petersburg, Sept. 17. The Government will subject a uumher of German products to a special tarift as a reprisal for recent taxation imposed by Germany on Russian farmmers.
