The Matabele Rising.
(Per Press Association.) Capetown, Sept. 14. The great influence of Mlimoa, the prophet, prevents the natives moving northward, and it is feared that negotiations with the Matabele at Matappo will prove useless. Ridley's force captured two Indunas, Siluba, and Moani, with 60 others. Capetown, Sept. 15. Captain Lugard, who was reported as missing, has turned up safely.
