Won by a length. Time, 3min 15 2 sth. Dividend, £45 3s. Flying Handicap — Bonafide 2, Errand Boy 2, Langdale 3. Splendid race. A protest was entered for jostling, but was dismissed. Time, lmin 26 2-ssec. Dividend, £5 16s. Rangitikei Hunt Cup— Souvenir 1, Fleetwood 2, Menadava 3. Won by a length. Time 7min 57sec. Dividend, £3. Maiden Flat Race— Brennan 1, Alpine 2, Worry 3. Won by a length. Time, lmin 57sec. Dividend, -63 13s. Hurdle Race- Gipsy Prince 1, Rossall 2, Venture 3. Won easily. Time, 3min 19s. Dividend, £'25 6s. Trial Steeplechase— Claymore 1, Sir Athol 2, Liberty 3. Wou by two lengths after a great race. Time, sm in 20sec. Dividend, £3 Bs. Upper Tutaenui Stakes— The Goth 1, The Miller 2, Acme 3. A grand race. Time, 2min 20sec Dividend, ±11 11s.
