American Presidential Election.
(Per Press Association.) Washington, September 8. Bryan, who was selected for the Presidency by the National Convention, in the course of an interview declares himBelf convinced that he will be elected. His opponents, on the other hand, say I that General Palmer, who was selected by the Democrats of Indianopolis will cost Bryan a million votes, and be the rendering of the Indiana, Illinois, and Kentucky Republican.
