At a meeting of creditors of the Commercial Bank of Australia, a motion was carried adopting the new reconstruction scheme, under which interest on extended deposit is reduced. Perth, August 31. The Budget shows the estimated revenue last yaar was L 1,310,000, while the actual receipts were L 1,850,000. The estimated expenditure was L 1,572,000,, 572,000, and the amount spent L 1,823,000. Melbourne, This Day. In the case Morrison v. New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, in which defendants appeal against two decisions on the same issue in favor of plaintiff, a Full Court has dismissed the appeal. ______________
