Pohangina School Examination.
The Pobingina and Awahou Schools were examined at Pohangina by Mr Milne on Tuesday, '13th August. The following passod at the Pobangina School examination : — Presented in standards, 31 ; absent one passed, 21. Standard I— Percy Lucas, Prank Milverton (excellent), Clarence Thornton (excellent arithmetic) Earnest Tibby, Annie Currie, Nelly Currie, Dorcas Mil. verton (excellent!, Lizzie Print, excellent. Standard ll— George Currie, John Holmes, R. McDonald (fair) Mary Esbenson, (good), Eliza Hitchman, (good). Standard 111-F. Ihlien, C. Irvine, A. Siraes, J. Sinclair, (fair), Naomi Holmes.
