The Rebellion in Crete.
(Per Press Association.) London, August 19. The Porte has informed the Powera that the sending of reinforcements to Crete by Greece has strained relations between Turkey and that country. Athens, August 20. The Porte is complaining to the Powers of twenty-four Greek officers, with rifles and ammunition, being landed in Crete.
