His experiment on the 1 last expedition shows him that it will be easier to accomplish the journey in sledges from Franz JoaeMand. The Times suggests tbat Norway, 1 England, and Australia should subsidise an Antarctic expedition to be commanded 1 by Dr Nansen. Dr Nansen 's vessel, the Fram, has arrived at Fromsol, the most northerly province of Norway.
