Q ! SAFE ARRIVAL OF DR NANSEN'S VESSEL. (Per Proas Association.) i London, August 20. Dr Nansen states that be will not repeat the experiment of trying to drift across the Pole. His experiment on the 1 last expedition shows him that it will be easier to accomplish the journey in sledges from Franz JoaeMand. The Times suggests tbat Norway, 1 England, and Australia should subsidise an Antarctic expedition to be commanded 1 by Dr Nansen. Dr Nansen 's vessel, the Fram, has arrived at Fromsol, the most northerly province of Norway.
