(Per Press Association.) Wellington, August 12. At the enquiry some discussion took place on the refusal of Mr Booth to answer Mr Hutchison's question re the purchase of £150,000 worth of New Zealand consuls by the Bank, and eventually the Chairman ruled the question irrelevant. The Committee then adjourned,
