The New Thawing Process.
o I Per Press Association. I Auckland, August 11. The Kanieri brought up from Waitara a side of beef that had been frozen for two months, and thawed again by the new process recently invented by Mr Peck of the freezing works at Waitara, the beef is said by experts to be scarcely distinguishable from freshly-killed meat.
