Bad Weather in New South Wales.
MR WRAGGE'S OPINION ON WEATHER CYCLES (Per Press Association.) Sydney, This Day. Snow is falling over a large area of country aud violent gales are blowing along the coast. Mr Wragge, Queensland Meteorologist, who is on his way to attend the weather conference at Paris, iv on interview said he was hardly prepared to accept RusscH"s theory of weather recurring in cycles. It would assuredly be detrimental to squatting and agricultural interests to issue forecasts for whole seasons on more reference to biblical and ancient Egyptian records without more ample data which Antarctic observations would afford.
