Another Tidal Wave in Japan
o FOUR THOUSAND LIVES LOST. (Per Press Association.. Tokio, August 2. A small tidal wave, extending for a distance of five miles, inundated Kaiugen. Four thousand people perished and great damage was dono to tbe crops, and a famine is feared.
