A Royal Wedding.

MARRIAGE OF PRINCESS MAUD OF WALES. [Per Press Association. I London, July 23. The marriage of Princess Maud of Wales and Prince Charles of Denmark, took place at Buckingham Palace to-day. The Queen occupied a position in front of the altar. Mr and Mrs Gladstone were on the right side, and the Royal personages were grouped near. The Bishops of Westminster and London, and the Queen's chaplain, assisted the Archbishop of Canterbury in performing the ceremony. Among those present were the Premier, Mr Balfour, Danish Princes, the Duke of Sparta, Prince Nicholas of Greece, and leading political and clerical celebrities. The Princess was dressed in white satin. The presents numbered some 600, many of them coming from the Danish, German, and Russian Courts. Tne populace cheered the procession on its way to the Palace. The streets were illuminated and extensively decorated.
