The Cuban Rebellion.
(Per Press Association.) London, July 16. It is reported that Gomez, at the head of 12,000 insurgents threatens western Cuba. The prevalance of yellow fever among the Spanish troops prevents Weyler sending reinforcements. Madrid, July 15. By means of electric wires the Cuban insurgents caused an explosion on the train carrying Spanish soldiers there. Many were killed.
