Thrashing of Girls in School.
(Per Press Association.) Dunedin, July 15. At a meeting of the Education Board, strong exception was taken by|members to the thrashing of girls before boys, and striking children about the head ; and it was resolved to frame a new regulation more stringent than the preset one.
