Heavy Sea at Napier.

(Per Press Associaiton). Napier, July 9. A mountainous sea the heaviest for 16 years, was running in the Bay to-day. Such a volume of water poured over the breakwater that the Te Anau could not be berthed at the wharf without risk. She could have lain quietly under the le« of the breakwater, but all the small steamers were in the inner harbor and could not get out for the sea on the bar, so she could not be tendered and passed on. Some slight damage is reported to the breakwater but oot serious. A heavy gale is blowing. The sea which had moderated, is making again.
