London, July 8. The British South African Chartered Company have issued i 11 ,250,000 worth of 5 per cent debentures, which were fully subscribed within 40 hours. It is reported that a secret committee of German jurists are discussing the question whether they should prosecute Beit, late director of the British South Africa Company, for disturbing the country. ___ mmmmm
