Paling and Co., Ltd, Sydney), begs to inform the residents of Feilding district that at the request of several old friends he is paying a short visit for the purpose of looking to their instruments ; but, finding so many others in a state of collapse, he, on his friends' advice, has decided to prolong his stay for another month. Mr Cutler is the fir?t and only bona fide maker in the Colonies ; haying made the first in Wellington in 1876 to the order of the late Thomas Mills, Esq, for which he received 95 guineas. His subsequent success was in Christchurch , where he made seventy three instruments, and the lowest price obtained was Cogs. Since 1884. he has been in N.S.W., connected with the respected firm above alluded to. Finding the climate unsuitable to his health, he has returned and Bettled permanently in Wellington, __ny work entrusted to him for repairs will be executed properly, with proper materials, and a fair price charged.
