Accident on the Manawatu Railway.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, This Day. The morning train from Palmerston N. to Wellington ran into a slip between Paikakariki and the last tunnel from here. The engiue and several timber trucks were derailed. The accident was not of a serious nature, but Win. McLeod, driver, was slightly injured. A train has gone from town and tbe passengers will be transferred.
