The Cuban Rebellion.
(Per Press Association.) New York, June 22. Mr Lee, the United States Consnl in Cuba, declares the Spanish are unable to protect foreigners in Cuba, and expresses an opinion that autonomy will not be sufficient. The Government supporters, he says, are losing ground, and many of them have been forced to join the rebels.
