Transvaal Affairs.
(Per Press Association) Pretoria, June 15. Replying to a deputation, comprising the Mayors of various South African boroughs, President Kruger complained that Cecil Rhodes was not punished in connection with Dr Jameson'a raid. The Orange Free State has invited the Cape and Natal to take part in a Customs Union Conference.
