o — A PRACTICAL TEST* [Per Press Association. Melbourne, June 12. The first practical test of Professor Routgen's system took place in the Melbourne Hospital to-day. The patient was one who bad had a needle buried in ber hand. Doctor Syme and Professor Lyoll photographed the hand V and tbe position of the needle being clearly ascertrined, an operation was performed and the needle extracted.
