Colonial Bank Liquidation.
(Per Press Aasociation) Ddnedik. June 11. An unexpected development has taken place in the Colonial Bank liquidtion case. Application will be made on Tuesday by William Brown, accountant, a contributory to the Colonial Bank, to peruse at tho office of the liquidators the books and documents in their possession relating to the prospected purchase by Messrs Smith aud ltextl of certain debts and securities of the Bank on the ground that the aaid William Browu is prepared to make an offer of the said debts and securities, and that such inspection is necessary before the Court can determine the propriety of granting its sanction to my purchase. :
