Burke, L2BB, John Clarke 204, R. Harper, LlO9, A. E. Beyers LBS, A. M'Millan, LBS 10s, W. Douglas LBS, V. Harris L 47, J. C. Booth L 33, D. Hughes L 33, and with smaller sums making a total of L 1320 10s. Wellington, June 11. In the action against Mr Crabbe, temperance lecturer, the jury returned a three-fourths verdict for the defendant. Costs according to scale.
