Aubrey died suddenly while viewing a property at Devonport with his daughter, Mrs Fetrey. The cause of death was heart disease. Christchurch, This Da}'. At the Supreme Court to-day Mr Justice Denniston said the saddest and most lamentable features of the cases brought before the Court was the number in which young men, New Zealandborn, were charged with crimes. This was a matter for the deepest regret. There certainly never had been a calendar in wbich so many young men were before the Court on various charges.
