FEILDING BOROUGH COUNCIL. NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Feilding Borough Council to light by Electricity that portion of Feilding defined in the schedule below, and for that purpose to purchase Site, erect Buildings, and provide all Machinery, Plant, and other things necessary for installing the light :— (1). In order to provide the moneys necessary for the above purpose it is proposed to Borrow a sum of £3000 for 10 years. (2). It is proposed to make and levy a Special Rate of 4£d in the £ on the rateable value of the whole of the rateable property within the following area as security for the payment of interest on the amount proposed to be borrowed.
